We at Washington Lanes hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. Our main goal is to provide recreation, food, drinks, and a great atmosphere to all our patrons. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, we are committed to make it right and assure your future business.

Bowling Center

  • All sales for games, timed bowling, and shoe rental are final.
  • If you are dissatisfied with your experience please call 989.893.1000 to speak with a representative.

Café/Bar

  • If a mistake was made on your order, please notify your server or a manager immediately.
  • We will always try our best to fix an issue and assure your satisfaction.
  • If we are unable to fix the issue, a refund may be given with proof of purchase and the returned product. 

Parties/Events/Deposits

  • We pride ourselves in being there for special moments in our patron's lives.
  • Whether birthdays, company parties, or just a day out, we offer spaces for different private events of all sizes.
  • Most of these events require a deposit at the time of booking.
  • These deposits can be refunded up to 72 hours in advance of the party.
  • Anytime within those 72 hours, up to the time of the party, we will only refund in the event of inclement weather, natural disaster, or government mandate requiring closure of the facility.
